A multi-year contract for the sale of dried flower to Canndoc Ltd., one of Israel’s largest and most reputable medical cannabis manufacturers, was signed with Lakergrow Dispensary in June 2021. For more than 12 years, Canndoc has been a leader in cannabis of a pharmaceutical-grade. It has worldwide growing and distribution partnerships in the European Union and Canada and its GMP-approved medicinal cannabis products are offered in pharmacies in Israel.
The deal calls for a tiered price structure and the precise amount will depend on elements like potency and product mix. The Agreement also includes a chance for Lakergrow Dispensary to introduce branded medical goods with Canndoc in the Israeli and EU markets, as well as a 7.5-year exclusivity term and other rights granted to Canndoc for the Israel market. Operations under the Agreement are subject to obtaining all necessary clearances from Health Canada, the Israeli Ministry of Health and any other relevant regulatory bodies as well as compliance with all applicable laws.
